About Us
Unplugged Games NZ sparked from something I saw happening every day in my own home. My little brothers would lose hours to console games, sitting side-by-side… but completely disconnected from the real world around them.
I missed the days when our family gathered around a board game — laughing, arguing, thinking, talking. Real connection. Real moments. Real memories.
So I started making my own games. Simple, handcrafted, screen-free games designed to bring people back together. What began as a small project in our home workshop has grown into a mission:
to reconnect siblings, friends, cousins and families through real, offline play.
Every board is handmade, built to last, and created with the hope that it becomes part of someone’s family story — not something you plug in, but something you come back to.

You can purchase your items online and we will ship them directly to your doorstep. We charge a standard $10 fee to each order, meaning you might as well stock up all at once! Shipping is free on orders over $100. At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery time. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.
